GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES

Our manufacturing plant conforms to GMP, a WHO proprietary benchmark. The discipline of this standard is evident in the physical ambience of our plant, air and water quality, manufacturing technology, packaging and the sterilization process. Entire manufacturing takes place in clean rooms, ensuring near zero contamination. All clean rooms are provided with  three step change room and air showers to ensure a dust-free environment. Employees undergo periodic medical checkup to maintain high standards of health and hygiene.

MANUFACTURING PLANT

Romsons has mastered the art of quality manufacturing over the years. Our manufacturing units are ISO 13485 & 9001 certified. The manufactured products are CE marked. Romsons International is registered with USFDA. Keeping up with the state of the art manufacturing infrastructure & harnessing the latest manufacturing technology is a culture that Romsons takes pride in & has developed & maintained in its manufacturing practices. Our key manufacturing processes mold making, molding & extrusion, assembly & packing  follow high precision norms with narrow tolerances, ensuring consistent product quality.

PACKAGING AND STERILIZATION

Romsons utilizes EO sterilization in-house for its entire range of medical disposable devices. Sterilization process has been audited year after year and is compliant to ISO 11135-1.
