Vascular Doppler
with 8 Mhz Vessel Crooked Probe | Contec
Pocket Doppler vascular Sonoline C with 8Mhz
Doppler Vascular Contec Sonoline C1
High-quality Material
Accurate Measurement
Intelligent
Low Noise
- This device is ideal for vascular examinations in the wards/clinics.
- Ideal for evaluating vascular insufficiency.
- Ideal for diabetes care or diabetes clinics.
- The 8 MHz waterproof probe is connected to the handheld Doppler device via a USB port.
- The probe is compatible with all Contec handheld pocket doppler devices.
It is equipped with a mini USB plug and is compatible with Pocket Doppler machines. - This probe is used for a vascular peripheral examination by doctors/sonographers and will most likely not be used by patients themselves.
Note: The Doppler device used is the same as the fetal Doppler device,
but with a different, 8 MHz, doppler probe.
What is a Vascular Doppler device?
- A vascular Doppler device is a medical diagnostic tool used to evaluate blood flow.
- It uses ultrasound waves to detect the speed (and in certain cases direction) of blood flow through blood vessels.
Vascular Doppler devices are commonly used to:
Assess blood flow in arteries and veins:
- The device can help identify blockages or obstructions in blood vessels that may be causing poor blood flow or reduced circulation.
Monitor blood flow during surgery:
- Surgeons may use a Doppler device to monitor blood flow during procedures such as bypass surgery, angioplasty, or endarterectomy.
Diagnose conditions affecting blood flow:
A vascular Doppler (such as this portable or pocket Doppler device) may be used to diagnose conditions such as:
- Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD)
- Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
- Varicose Veins, such as in certain diabetic conditions.
Overall, the vascular Doppler is a non-invasive, safe, and effective way to evaluate blood flow and diagnose conditions that affect circulation.
